    * User FTP accounts main username/password is only for private use. It can not be used as publicly shared folder.
    * User uploading new files should have permission to have a digital copy of the file and rights to share the file.
    * Publishing or sharing the content of this site without consent/permissions is not allowed.

*We reserve the right to delete user accounts, or the content of user accounts without prior notice.
*We reserve the right to deny registrations to specific usernames, email addresses or IP addresses.
*We reserve the right to block specific IP addresses or a range of IP addresses from accessing our servers 
 if we find users spamming or taking advantage of the bandwidth offered. 
*We reserve the right to limit users connections if they are found to be taking advantage of the service provided.

Data Backup:

Our servers are backed up on a daily basis. However; this service is intended to supplement rather than replace your own backups and 
we can take no responsibility for any loss of data/files. Backups will not necessarily be retained for accounts that have been cancelled 
and so any required files should be downloaded before submitting any cancellation request or before the account expires.
